I bought two pair of tennis shoes that are they were both over $100 was not aware that the soul on the shoes one side was higher than the other no one brought this to my attention but after wearing them for a couple of weeks my feet were killing me so quit wearing them beware of shoes where the heals are uneven one side lower than the other and they do not bring this to your attention
I have shopped at R&J for over 25 years. They always have a great selection of shoes and clothes you don't find at many stores in East Texas. Staff is always friendly and offers to help whenever we are in the store.
Racquet & Jog is the only place we shop for shoes. The first time we went in I was concerned when I saw how young the staff was...because we had some specific needs. But they proved me SO wrong! Everyone we have ever dealt with has been very knowledgeable about the different lines of shoes they carry. We have even had shoes shipped to our house for free when they didn't have a color we wanted in stock. Great store, great selection, great service!

Pretty disappointed at the experience I just had. Yesterday I came in the store and saw some great things on the side walk sale. Went in to purchase hesitant because I was not sure if I currently had the items or not. Ending up buying and also talking with the girl at the register. Today was going to return an item over $50 because I actually had this piece of clothing and then was told I either had to buy something else or it had to go on a gift card. Very professional staff and very knowledgeable. I went there to buy my first pair of running shoes and had a couple pairs in mind and the salesman watched how I walked and brought out the ones I wanted and a couple more of his recommendations. I ended up going with a pair of Nike's but it was nice of him to go above and beyond to give me more options. Their sale price items are good deals but most anything that has the R&J brand on it is pretty expensive.
