RecommendedMy physical therapist gave me three shoes to try for my knee pain so I gave the list to Eric today. He brought all three shoes, explained the benefits of each. Very knowledgeable very professional. He even suggested that if I had a prescription I could save money and tax but chose not to. Go see Eric for expert help
Found a pair of Hokas today, salesperson said computer shows we have your size let me go look again....they were on hold for someone, dated 12/11 hold until Christmas Eve (piece of paper taped to box with this written) I was told the hold policy is 3 days. I’m standing at register, so can I buy those shoes? No. You’re holding until Christmas Eve? Hold policy is 3 days? Yes. Okay I will spend my money elsewhere and order them online. Been shopping there since early 90’s. Never again.

The shoe department staff are the most knowledgeable about their products (all brands) than any store I have shopped, including exclusively one brand stores. Kuddos!
