Always there for any problems. Never had to wait or had any issues!!
I lived here for a year and at first enjoyed everything about it. I paid my rent every month with no problem and also never had any problems with the staff or other tenants. Had every intention of renewing my lease with no issues until I came home one day and taped to my door was a letter saying that they won't be renewing my lease and I had to be moved out by certain date. Of course they kept my 600 dollar deposit and now have added another 500 dollars saying I owe them for something that was already wrecked when I moved in... read more

I've lived at Candlelight Park for several years now... and I have to say that I really like it here. It's centrally located, so it's close to just about everything that's important to me. The Office and / or Maintenance Staff are Always available, and no matter what you might need, they make you feel like any problem that you might have is their problem, and it is Always quickly and very professionally resolved.
