One of their realtors, Zach Browning, submitted a bogus handwritten contract more than 14 months after we were told such fake offer existed, by a probate team trying to bid us up. We had already discovered an offer for one tract was given that did not exist, so of course, we asked to see this contract. It should be a concern that a real estate broker is not responding and holding their real estate agent who forged a contract, without a shadow of a doubt, accountable.
