I've been to a several gyms over the years and Rackhouse has by far been the best. Everyone I've met from the staff to the other people in the classes have been great. I was really able to ease my way back into crossfit and their class schedule is great. Would recommend them to anyone who is either just starting out or is a longtime crossfit goer as they are able to accommodate any level of experience within the class.

I took Coach Suz’s Moms and Minis class when I was about four months postpartum and absolutely loved it (so much so that I signed up for a second session)! Suz is such a welcoming, positive, and upbeat coach! She is extremely knowledgeable, especially about postpartum recovery and pelvic floor health. I joined the Mamas & Minis class when I was 7 weeks postpartum with my second child. Coach Suz is amazing! She is so knowledgeable about fitness in general, but specifically how to train while pregnant and postpartum. She made sure each mom in class had the appropriate variation of each movement and was moving safely the entire time. While I've been a member of Rack House for 5 years I most recently did their postpartum strength and endurance class, "Mamas and Minis", with Coach Suz Wells. Her classes are designed with core and pelvic health in mind while also tailoring to individual symptoms/needs. If you live in the area and can sign up for this class it is a must for supporting recovery in an inclusive environment.
