I had quick and excellent service at rack attack after our hotel’s valet backed into a low hanging pipe and ruined our ski rack. We needed a new one that specifically fit our racking and our skis and needed it pretty quickly for our return trip home. So thankful the store had it in stock and ready for pick up immediately. REI did not have it in stock so we were pretty happy the Sherman Oaks location did!
