I am so glad we came here to check out some crossbars for our roof rack rather than gamble with just ordering any online. We ended up getting awesome customer service from Andrew who answered all of our questions and gave us great information on options for racks and cargo boxes. He went above and beyond as he helped us with installing the locks on the Yakima cross bars we ended up deciding to get. We had such a great experience at Rack Attack Las Vegas, and a best part of that was Chris. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and accommodating from beginning to end. After visiting and calling two other shops I am so glad that me and my husband found Rack Attack and one of its managers Ed. I realize all the shops were just trying to sell me things after Ed was so patient and spent nearly 20 minutes explaining options for me. The fact that he asked what my needs were before even suggesting any racks or tents makes me feel confident in my Overlanding dreams.
