Super friendly and helpful!
I needed an emergency hitch adjustment due to a piece breaking on my trailer. Even though the shop didn't deal with the equipment I was using, they went out of their way to help me. It was a bit of a struggle to fix, and they were so kind and supportive. They didn't ask for compensation when I inquired. I left a tool I bought to make the repair as a thank you. I hope it comes in handy some day.
I went to get a bike rack from rack attack in Coquitlam BC recently, the stuff was very welcoming and helpful besides professional!! Finally I got exactly what I was looking for with the help of Gerry Garcia. All in all I couldn't be more happier with how everything turned out!!
