June 26, 2025. Dropped in again today as I could not get the rack off....10 minutes later rack was back on...amazing service as usual. Dropped in at the store this afternoon as the lock on my bike rack was not working and I could not get the rack off the car. The staff were great, cut off the old lock and provided me with a new on (covered by warranty). I was in and out of the store in 20 minutes. Thanks guys.
Needed a couple parts for a rack I bought at another store, was expecting to pay a few buck for them, staff found the parts and sent me on my way. Amazing experience with the staff, I will be back for that tonneau cover!
