Shipping was almost more than the product. Not option to pick up in store even though they have a store. The delivery service they work with will not leave it at your door, there’s no option for them to leave it. You have to be home at random times of the day whenever they come. If you’re not you have to go and pick it up at their address. even with the heavy shipping amount. All of this they can easily fix.
Fantastic group to deal with. Fitment is perfect. Will be ordering more! Service is top notch.
They had the exact part I needed and the price was very reasonable!
Picked up a conversion bumper for my Lexus IS250 and these guys are awesome. Customer service is on point. they reply to messages super fast, no runarounds. Shipping was a bit pricey at first, but they were cool enough to drop the shipping cost by half to hook me up. On top of that, they even threw in a free Lexus emblem with the order, which was a really nice touch. As for the bumper itself, the fitment is spot on, fits perfectly.
