The Norwegian salmon with honey-mustard is a nice change of pace. For lunch, try the Monte Cristo. The sandwich and burger menu is just as good as the breakfast menu.

I have been going to Racines before they moved to their current location. This has been a staple in my life as a fantastic restaurant that has stayed grounded to its roots of great food, amazing environment, decent pricing, and an overall Colorado favorite. The salsa is amazing, the green chili is fantastic, and my favorite thing to order is the eggs Mazatlan. I never even look at anything else on the menu. In my 20+ going to Racines I have never had a bad experience.
They have a great bar and make great and different cocktails, Food is consistently good.
