Ok so had a bad meal, not the norm for this Denver institution by any means. It happens! I get that! My disappointment came from the manager not coming to offer an apology - left it up to the server, who couldn’t have been better! But as an observation, it wasn’t overly busy last night at all & yes the meal in question was comped but if you’re the manager on duty please don’t leave all the apologies up to the server - I felt bad for the server who had said the manager would be over and never did.
