Broke a tooth and got an appointment that day! Then they went above and beyond to get me in with the oral surgeon the very next day! WOW!

Our entire experience has been a nightmare. Their staff is incompetent and unorganized. We had a scheduled appointment for a procedure and we show up and they have no record of it. We will never use them again.

After 20+ years of going to RDC, I chose a different Dental Blue clinic during my company's open enrollment. I loved the care I received from Dr. Elcano and his hygienists, but was so tired of dealing with RDC's billing department in 2017. I received letters threatening to send me to the collection agency AFTER my insurance paid the bill. This happened with each visit, so I had to pay out-of-pocket and wait for RDC to reimburse me (which happened only after my dental insurance rep finally called RDC to prove the bills were p... read more
Had my first visit today. So impressed with not only the building but the staff was amazing. I felt so comfortable and I am so glad I came here for a 2nd opinion today and found my new dentist Brian Waldau. As a person without dental insurance I was so happy to hear about the SmileAssist and signed up today. I think my fear of dentists is gone!
