It takes multiple attempts for the front desk ladies to complete a simple task, and they will do it incorrectly anyway. While the doctor just schedules multiple follow ups, instead of actually trying to find out how to help your child.
I have a large family, with 2 special needs children. Dr. Rawal and her staff have been amazing over the years.
I will be switching doctor today. Too bad I still have the rest of the month in that place and I have to take my children for their needed check ups. Worst staff ever. Doctor is nice and polite, but the rules they have are ridiculous. When my baby or 6 yr old daughter gets sick I have to call to ask if it’s ok for me to take them, then they say they will call me back. They take 4 hrs to call me back, one day I told them what if it’s a real emergency and they had the nerve to tell me well then take her to the ER. The receptio... read more
I would recommend this Dr she's great & the staff is always on top of everything I need for my Son !! They are very nice & professional !
I've been with Dr rawal since 2009. Throughout all the years and all four of my children I couldn't ask for a better dr!!!!
