Staff are great so all the reviews saying staff is rude I don’t ever get that even when I was angry at a time they still where professional and love the doctor RACHNA RAWAL MY KIDS WILL BE GOING BACk!!
I wish I can give Dr. Rawal more than 5 stars. She is very compassionate, knowledgeable and a great human being. She understands what parents go through when their child is sick. She is the best pediatrician in the area.
Dr Rawal was both my daughters pediatrician from their toddler years into their adulthood. She listens very patiently, her judgement of the issue is always spot on - she understands the problem so well that she does not need to over medicate to take care all different scenarios. She is very responsive, I know that she is always there to take care of my daughters. Could not have found a better doctor!!!
Dr. Rawal has the rudest staff I have ever seen. We came into to get flu shots and we're told because of insurance problems last Dec. 2019 they would not give them shots! They have never contacted anyone about the insurance problem refused to assist and just would not give them their flu shots. Again they never contacted anyone. I wouldn't recommend anyone go into her office due to her staff.
I’ve taken all four of my daughters to Dr. Rawal over the years. She takes her time . Very patience , does not do unnecessary work. Feels like a an extension of the family . Would not trust my 4 daughters with anyone else .5 stars !
Dr Rawal is awesome!! I have been taking my kids to her for over 10 years. She is always helpful, and friendly. I would recomend her with 5 stars !!!
Worse pediatric ever! She is not professional and didn't care about her patient. Trust me, if you care about your kid's health, try other doctors, but not her!
We love Dr. Rawal. She is kind and patient with not only children but adults. Our insurance changed to Kaiser and boy did we struggle with bedside manners, rapport and patience with our kids. We missed being recognized on a first name basis, the warmth and welcoming greetings from all staff. Dr. Rawal is excellent!!! Mother of 2. 5yrs and 3yrs.
