I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Flores and her whole team! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine kindness and professionalism. They make you feel comfortable, answer all your questions, and explain everything clearly so you know exactly what’s going on with your dental care. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. Her staff is just as amazing—friendly, attentive, and always going the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of.
Wow! I never thought I’d say this—but I had a wonderful dental experience. As someone who dreads the dentist and avoids visits for years due to anxiety, this appointment was a refreshing surprise. It was wonderful. Everyone was very kind and polite. I didn’t feel uncomfortable the atmosphere was great, no complaints. Everything was neat and clean!
Dr. Flores and staff have a competant and happy workplace... from reception to dentist. First of all, the local anesthesia is done by the dentist herself...she takes her time and is as pain-free as possible. Most procedures are finished in the same day because of high tech 3 D printing of crowns ! The hygenist, Brandy, is super gentle and smart too. She figured out why I had some local area inflammation and so I flossed differently in order to solve this longstanding issue. This is the best dentist ever!
I’ve been going to this practice since 2009! They provide excellent dental care, they do not overcharge, and everyone is super friendly. When I have concerns I feel listened to and they are upfront about costs and pricing. I highly recommend Dr. Flores and her team.
