Who wants to go to a dentist ? I don't. But my teeth do. So I go. And I feel so lucky that my dental team is as friendly, considerate and competent as that of Dr. Rachelle Flores. Everyone there----receptionists, appointment planners, hygienists and Dr. Flores herself make me feel welcome, important and appreciated. The decor is attractive and comfortable. The equipment is very advanced---including on-site, no waiting crown production. So much to like.
Before my move, I saw Dr Flores and her team for years. They provided excellent medical care! The place was clean and convenient. I never felt like they were trying to sell me on any products. In fact they did a wonderful job helping to understand what insurance would cover before any work was done. I have and will continue to recommend people to them.
I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Flores and her whole team! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine kindness and professionalism. They make you feel comfortable, answer all your questions, and explain everything clearly so you know exactly what’s going on with your dental care. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. Her staff is just as amazing—friendly, attentive, and always going the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of.
Wow! I never thought I’d say this—but I had a wonderful dental experience. As someone who dreads the dentist and avoids visits for years due to anxiety, this appointment was a refreshing surprise. The office is small, cozy, and located in a beautiful area near Balboa Park. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was wonderful. Everyone was very kind and polite. I didn’t feel uncomfortable the atmosphere was great, no complaints. Everything was neat and clean!
