Excellent and caring doctor. She treated my Mom who is 86 years old very well. The physician spent time to explain the issues and treatment plan. She practiced the old fashion way, but well done. We are very happy with the service. A rare find.
I wouldn’t recommend this doctor at all to anyone, she tried to make it seem like I was there a cosmetic reason instead of an actual medical reason , I’ve been struggling with this medical issue for sometime now and she was very rude and not helpful at all! My doctor gave me a referral for a reason and she really tried to twist the reason why I was there. Now looking at these reviews has me very upset and I will be making a complaint against her licensing .
Worst experience ever with a doctor! My previous podiatrist retired a few months ago and I was referred to Rachel Wood. She is unprofessional and has no passion for her patients. She receives visits in a chiropractor office on Mondays. Patients are asked to sit on a swivel and unstable chair when she works on their feet. She doesn't maintain any basic sanitary conditions. She used the instruments without sanitizing them. She also used the same piece of paper to put under my feet from her previous patient. Never going back th... read more
