I’m a little over 50 and have been on psych meds since I was 17. Dr Wilkenson is by far the most intelligent and in addition, has the best bedside manner of any doctor I’ve EVER been treated by, including primary care! In addition, she is also the only doctor that I have ever felt, that includes me in decision making about my own care. I have been seeing her for 6 years and would highly recommend her!!!
Excellent Doctor… she knows her stuff. She has been my doctor for 10 years. She’s brilliant, cares about her clients, constantly researching to help her clients and be up to date on new developments
She gave a mentally ill family member of mine a prescription in mid February. When he tried to fill it in March she told the pharmacy not to fill it. She said she did this because he had too much of the medication. How does she know this? Has she raided his home to count the tablets that he has in his possession? Maybe some spilled in the sink and got wet. Maybe some fell on the floor and he didn't want to use them. Maybe some medication bottles got misplaced. Dr. Wilkenson is by far my favorite doctor that I have ever visited. It has been over two years now that I've been in her care working through my bipolar diagnosis and she has restored so much of my life through her expertise in medications including their interactions, working with me consistently through each adjustment, being available and unbelievably dedicated to my recovery, and providing the hope I needed when I personally had none left.
