My experience with Dr. Palma has been extremely disappointing. Her approach to my healthcare consistently felt like doing the absolute bare minimum rather than being proactive, thorough, or genuinely invested in my health. When I specifically requested additional lab work because I wanted a better understanding of my health, she was not comfortable ordering it. I love Dr Palma! She is very professional and knowledgeable. I never feel rushed.
Doesn’t feel like she really cares about your health. I lost a significant amount of weight by changing my diet to a keto diet even though she recommended calorie restriction at my appointment last year. She had nothing to say about my weight loss or diet and didn’t seem to notice. They gave me a questionnaire about how I was feeling to see what my emotional state was. I finally changed my PCP and left this nightmare. I never had a good experience with her, always negative and in a rush to end the appointment.
Dr. Palma is always very nice and a tentative to her patient Hadn’t seen in a couple years and asked questions about how I’ve been from things that most wouldn’t remember from one visit
