There are not enough words to ever describe how amazing Dr. Pauls and her staff was to me! From diagnosis to after surgery care, they have all been extremely amazing to me. Dr. Pauls really takes time to make sure you are completely ok and understanding of her recommendations. I could not have been more blessed to have such amazing care in such an emotional time! Her office is clean and nice, and I never had a long wait time. I have no negatives at all to list!
Dr. Pauls listened to me and my concerns. She did not try to rush me into surgery like another doctor I had seen. She and her staff were very gentle and I felt no pain throughout all the tests. She recommended I go to pelvic floor rehab, which I did, and this really helped. My pelvic floor muscles have tightened and I no longer need to wear a pad for urinary leakage. Dr. Pauls answered all my questions and explained the surgical procedures I needed. I highly recommend her.
My stress incontinence had restricted my life. I was embarrassed that my secret would be found out. I stopped doing the things that I had enjoyed. I think it was affecting my confidence in my career. I have regained all that. I really appreciate her expertise and know that her work continues to improve my life. Thank you, Dr. Pauls
