Such an awful experience. It was a 90 minute appt and I only got to talk to her for about 5 minutes. It felt rushed. She didn't listen to me, frequently cut me off while speaking. She didn't address my main concern, then told me perhaps I was "imagining" my symptoms. She didn't explain her diagnosis to me, or fully explain treatment options. Repeatedly pushed meds knowing did not work. Refused to help me by ignoring my symptoms and provide treatment Negative doctor including bedside manner
She seems kind one minute but then you ask a question she thinks is stupid and she looks at you like an alien. She swings hot to cold and has no compassion. She wants to shew you out if it’s not a cut and dry case. She acted like I was a pill seeker. Really? I’ve never taken pain pills in my life. I simply told her how bad it was and she wanted nothing to do with me. maybe she should educate the patient on why the pain is occuring and the options. I had my feet in the stirrups vagina out and a nurse opened up the door. Instead of the doctor saying she was doing an exam and I was in a compromising position she kept talking to the nurse and I had to cover myself up so nobody in the hallway could see me! That was bad enough but she was also very cold. I left the appointment in tears.
Excellent. Dr. Pauls was very articulate as well as compassionate. Dr. Pauls made me feel very comfortable, even though I was nervous about everything. Her staff was excellent as well, all very friendly! I would highly recommend this office. Sheila- Anderson, Ohio April 19, 2019
Dr. Paul was amazing. All my appointments were great and I was treated amazing. The gyno office experience can be embarrassing, but I never felt uncomfortable or embarrassed. The nurses were amazing.

Don't ever go to this dr. if you are looking for someone who is warm, compassionate, educated and cares about you understanding your care. She is cold right from the beginning and doesn't want you to ask any questions regarding your disease or your care so you understand better. She told me what treatment would help me and refused to do it even knowing I was in serious pain with interstitial cystitis. I should have trusted my first instinct. Dont ever go to this dr.
Very empathetic and caring. Diagnosed something I have had for years in a quick visit and made me feel so comfortable and confident!
