Rachel is awesome, she's really smart and is the best communicator. I trust everything she recommends for me. Her style of communication is calming and assuring. I'm so glad I found her.
Rachel has been the best diagnostician I have come across in years and has helped to get me the answers I've been looking for decades. She is warm, caring, and has such a lovely bedside manner that I won't be going to anyone else. Thank you, Rachel, for truly caring.
Made three appointments to specifically see her but she’s never in the office. Today the office blamed me for not knowing that she wasn’t going to be there. They claim they called me on the 29th and left a voicemail. One call in 15 days? Very unprofessional on the phone and rude.

Rachel is hands down the best NP I've ever had and I'd go further to say, I've never had any doctor ever take the time, care, and attention that Rachel does. She really slows down, listens, and explains things with such a caring and calm manner! I've since had my mom and husband switch to her as our primary care because of how wonderful she is. They had the exact same experience and thoughts!
