My husband and I met with Rachel several times about some ongoing issues. Ultimately, she was not the right fit for us, but before making that decision she helped us navigate some very difficult conversations. She is easy to talk to, has a comfortable and relaxed manner, and is very welcoming. I certainly would recommend taking kids if you can avoid it, but we had to take ours a few times and she was incredibly accommodating.
