Very caring informative good interpersonal skills with the patient. Explains everything to you. First time seeing her. Very impressed. If you’re looking for a good rumetologist make an appointment with Dr. Karelia.
Dr. Kapelow is amazing! She is very thorough and listens to you and really cares to help. The whole staff at the Hirsch Center is wonderful and helpful. I also really appreciate Elaine, Dr. Kapelow’s assistant. She really cares about making sure she helps you to feel better about the whole “doctor process”. She helped me fill out some paperwork and get my medicine in a very smooth way. They are very detailed and care about their patients. Highly recommended!
I met with Dr. Kapelow and she was terrific in every way. Great personality, good listener, very empathetic. She has great skills with giving ultrasound injections. I had two in my hip area and they were fast and nearly painless, except for a quick pinch which she advised about in advance. The freezing pre spray makes them quite tolerable to deal with. I will return in 2 months for additional problem hip areas. Very happy to have found this facility.
