Dr Mathis is an awesome lady. She has a great staff and did a great job from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and excellent bedside manner. Always explaining what is gonna take place and checking on you after to tell you how things went. Gives detailed explanations after your procedure's of the progress needed to be successful.
I would Highly recommend Dr.Mathis she is one of the Best Surgeons around she takes your concerns seriously, she makes sure your comfortable. She also calls after surgery to see how your doing which made me even more caring of her.
I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Mathis. From the start, my concerns felt dismissed, and I often felt rushed during consultations. When complications arose post-surgery, instead of receiving support, I was blamed for my struggles, which was disheartening. A strong patient-surgeon relationship requires open communication and respect, neither of which I found here.
