She is very conscientious. She and her staff keep up on all the latest technology and techniques. She and all of her staff are extremely kind and gentle. The receptionists are kind, fun and helpful. Teeth cleanings are always thorough and well done by every hygienist there. In the past, I've had hygienists who rushed through in 20", demanded a second cleaning and charged double before I came here. You will not regret going to Dr Fine and her peeps. They are awesome!
I have never rave about a dentist before. The staff is amazing. You feel welcomed the moment you walk in. Vicki, my hygienist takes such good care of my teeth that I don’t want to let her down. I floss regularly now. The office is also great. The colors are calming, and the big windows really help when you’re sitting there for couple hours. And finally Dr Rachel Fine. The most knowledgeable and informative dentist I’ve ever been to! From reception and figuring out insurance with Maggie, to the cleaning where the hygienist, Deana walked me through every step, to meeting Dr. Fine, everyone was friendly and incredibly helpful. So happy to find a dentist office I love!
I went in a little nervous because of previous bad experiences at other dental offices. I was warmly welcomed the minute I stepped in the office. The women at the front desk informed me of everything that would be happening and made small talk while I was waiting. Vicki was my hygienist and she was WONDERFUL! She was extremely gentle and made me feel very comfortable. Rachael’s office is run like a well-oiled machine. The staff are professional and knowledgeable. They use a lot of state of the art technology and are well-trained. Rachael is a true perfectionist! I have had several occasions to test this and always come out on top. I can’t imagine seeing anyone other than Rachel for the care of my teeth.
I had a very good experience at Dr. Fine’s today. Attentive and knowledgeable personnel. Reasonable cost of care. Recommend this Doctor and going back for more procedures.
