Always a great experiance with Dr. Rachel Lock. She provides her full attention and helps get to solutions that my VA provider might not have been able to provide. Very accommodating when my schedule has to be change. Very glad I have her as a PCM for myself.
ZERO STARS She dropped me as a patient because she said I don’t trust her. I don’t trust blindly is what she should say. This doc doesn’t like questions from patients or patients to participate in their own health decisions. She just makes six month follow ups for no reason for the insurance money since one visit doesn’t bring in enough. I asked her about vitamin d for my autoimmune condition and she has been hyper focused on me not taking too much vitamin d on my own yet she will not discuss any vitamins or anything about h... read more
I found dr. Lock to be professional, nice and she listened to my issues and helped to get me cured. Highly recommend
Dr Rachel Lock was caring and sensitive both to me and to my husband, who has dementia. She was patient and always took time to listen to our concerns. She was prompt in giving us referrals, and always followed up with the specialists’ recommendations We were grateful to have had her as our primary care physician, and would certainly still be under her care except we have now moved to the west coast. We miss her and her efficient staff, especially Brandy.
Wait Time appropiate for new patients, Rachel Lock was awesome and attentive, her staff was just as professional and amazing as she was. Very pleasant and I look forward to my nxt visit...Weird right?
