Unprofessional and shows absolutely no ability to properly communicate with tenants about any issues. If you're looking to be ridiculed and yelled at then Rachel is the person to talk to. Oh, and if you love being scammed into paying an absurd amount of rent for absolutely no reason without landlord approval and as a scheme, Rachel's great at doing that, too. Seriously, she shouldn't have her job.
Showed up at a closing, representing a seller, without mailbox keys that she was reminded to provide (in order to close). The inconvenience will delay the rental of the unit for the buyer.
Does not understand Client needs or how to communicate with working people. Only good at ripping off retired folks and hard working families.
Seems like Rachels positive reviews are from her coworkers/friends. That being said, i believe she provides Bad property management. Never have I had problems with my tenants until Rachel took over. She Went behind my back and did not contact me about multiple things that my tenants wanted me to be aware of. She also Tried to take 500 out of their security deposit for damage that was already done. Be careful with her,Tenants of 5 years and she just treated them like complete garbage, with no communication to me on it.
Bad property management. If your landlord switches to rachel as a property manager, beware. She is unable to read emails or communicate effectively with anyone that works a normal job. Rented same property for 3 years without issue and had a great relationship with my landlord and the person who built the house. Roof needs fixed, still no response about that. The doors do not seal and she tried to raise the rent $150 without inspecting the property or notifying landlord... shady business. Buyer beware.
