Dr Bowman is compassionate, great at explaining things.
She's answered personal phone calls during my appointment that were no emergency. Yet, my phone must be shut off. She's also only available 3 days a week, and cancelled an appointment with me due to a luncheon. I'd rather the receptionist have lied to me.
Very thorough and caring.
