Dr. Bowman went about and beyond to help me get my medications.
I have been a patient of Dr. Bowman for a few years now, she has always taken time to listen to me about my concerns, and responds in a way that is satisfactory, not leaving things hanging, or myself not understanding. She also is cost aware. I should have done this review a long time ago, but with the experience I had with the staff at another doctor's office today (Not the doctor) I wanted to express my appreciation for Dr. Bowman, her nurse Jodie, and Receptionist Missy.
My husband and I both see Dr. Bowman. She is extremely diligent and thorough. We have never had any trouble getting return calls. We love her and Jodi. She went above and beyond to help us afford our medications. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a caring Family Doctor.
I love Dr. Bowman. She's easy to talk to and answers all my questions. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. I had to switch doctors due to my insurance in 2016, but now she is again my PCP. I have complete confidence in her and am so glad I was able to go back to her. Her nurse Jodi is a real gem also.
Dr. Bowman is my PCP and she is sweet. She knows when to refer you to a specialist and does it in a timely manner. By her doing this I got a surgery done when I didn't realize that something was as serious as it was. She has helped my husband tremendously with his allergies and made sure to double check through the national registry all of my shots when I couldn't remember what I had had. Her nurses have called me back promptly with lab work.
To say this doctor is negligent is putting it nicely. She doesn't remember anything about you from one visit to the next, and she gets prescriptions wrong constantly even though they are right in her computer. She doesn't listen to concerns and almost always cuts you off. She doesn't even remember doctors she refers you to! When you call to make a sick appointment, you are told to just go to the ER. While looking for a new doctor, we've had to go to walk in clinics because we can't trust her.
Dr. Bowman's nurse will literally not return my call. I need medical equipment supplies. I have called a dozen times about this matter, and left message for the office manager twice now. NO ONE WILL RETURN MY CALL. This makes no sense because all I need is a prescription for medical supplies. The telephone system is designed to prevent callers form reaching a person, and message after message is not returned. I plan to switch primary care physicians, this is absurd.
We have enjoyed seeing Dr. Bowman.
She's very warm and I loved her front desk staff!
