these people are so far from professional it's not even funny. they put me through every kind of nightmare for months. and if you gave them your card you're screwed because THEY CHARGE WAY MORE THAN THE CLAIM AMOUNT WITHOUT ANY APPROVAL or EXPLANATION AT 2 AM IN THE MORNING. forget about getting a refund, you can't even get a response when you email them asking for an explanation. It is $79 a month for zero support. Pharmacy is out of your medication? They offer no help no alternative like a different dosage or formulation. Nothing. They do not care that you are left suddenly without medication. The consultations are a joke. This company preys on the vulnerable.
