The best pedicure in Des Moines!
I have been a customer of Rachel's for over a year. I continue to go back because she has the best prices, fast and efficient. Also I don't have to worry about being gossiped in a different language like other nail salons because she works alone. Rachel has always been kind. I can't see her yelling at anybody, like some of these other reviews say. However, If I ran a business and a customer was late I would be upset. Es un pesimo lugar la señora grito y trato mal a mi esposa solo por llegar unos minutos tarde a su cita no recomiendo este lugar It's a terrible place. The lady yelled and treated my wife badly just for arriving a few minutes late to her appointment. I don't recommend this place.
My experience was honestly not good at all the owner will make you feel bad about being late then keep talking to you about what you did wrong I left crying because she told me don’t come back that’s the worst I’ve felt in a long time ..
