Rachael is very professional in her service as a buyer agent. Many times, she thought ahead of me about problems I would encounter and kindly provide solutions with her experience. For example, when I were waiting for the lender in my loan application, she reminded me proactively that I should start ordering the appraisal. It turned out without her reminder, I would have missed the deadline for close.
