I've been seeing Rachael on and off for some time now and I like her. As stated on her website, she only handles medication management, so we chat for about 30 minutes, and discuss how I'm doing with my medication. I like that she's responsive with changes, so if a pharmacy doesn't have your prescription, you need reasonable accomodation forms completed, etc. she always does so quickly unlike a lot of other providers in the Capital Region.

Not sure what the other review was about. Rachael has been nothing but wonderful for my child and hasn't been pushy on heavy substances. She is always helpful when I need assistance regarding refills and always has a very genuinely kind and empathetic personality during our visits. Couldn't ask for a better doctor for my kiddo!

i would give zero stars if i could. this person who isn’t even a doctor does not have the patients best interest in mind and knows absolutely nothing about the medication she is prescribing. i personally sat in her office crying asking for my little sister to be taken off medication and what does she do? puts her on an extremely addictive medication that got us into this mess. i will come back and write the same review every single day if i have to because people need to know. go watch dopesick, it’ll make a lot of sense!
