At Mtn West derm. 1,29,25 Dr Mccoy & his assist did a bio on my concern & they where very informative, very nice as was the office staff too.. liked the 20% off my bill, cash..
My experience with Dr. Rachel Kappius has been excellent. She is very knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns.
The staff is intolerant and rude. Kappius has moved twice and I couldn't even find them, in fact, I went to the wrong place! Because I was frustrated that I couldn't find them or make the appt. they wouldn't help me anymore-pretty horrible human relations. And I got no friendlyness from kappius either, she was hurrying up too fast to do a good job in the 1st place. F-
i was there 5 min said there was nothing she could do I went by her reviews i would never go back wonder how much the insurance paid for that visit
