If you want to get talked down on, and not treated yeah ....she is it. Worst person and definitely got her medical license out a cracker jack box. First I heard her whispering just send him home. Talking about my son that was running 103 fever. Heard her whispering about me. Then when he was sent back he had a Positive flu result and she wanted to push tampaflu well after 48hours of showing symptoms even doctors (real ones) know that tampaflu is only effective the 1st 48 hours. My son is a new patient and Dr. Jackson was very thorough with her exam. She answered all of our questions and was very patient with us.
Dr Jackson and her staff is amazing. There was barely any wait time in the lobby or the examining room. The took care of my son to the upmost respect. The facility was nice and clean. My son said he love going to Dr. Jackson. Thanks Dr. Jackson and Staff
