Such a pleasant office. All three visits were without a wait. Dr. Sussman safely performed a procedure. that has positively changed my daily life.
Professional and empathic, Dr. Sussman was able to allay my worries with an introduction to the options and suggestions for how to approach the solutions for my condition. Of singular importance, she also patiently answered my questions with clear explanations.
I had to come to medstar and see Dr. Sussman and Dr. Febresia in order to have my procedure scheduled due to the lack of specialized doctors in the Hagerstown area. Dr. Sussman and Dr. Febresia made me feel so comfortable. They had me do all the testing in one day so that I wouldn't have to travel twice. The Drs and the assistance are so caring and see how I have suffered thru this to get to someone that had the knowledge and experience to be able to perform my future surgery.
