Medstar location on Irving St NW was hard to find, densely populated, lots of cars and garage parking a real challenge to find a space. Somehow I managed to be on time for appointment, asking 3 people where the building actually was. Bathroom for urine specimen collection was not very clean. Medical Assistant was linguistically challenged saying things like “code” when she meant “cold”. Dr Sussman was very personable, seemingly good at listening as well as explaining. Friendly staffs. I was treated with respect and dignity. Their smiles makes me feel good
Dr. Sussman explained things very well and told me the options I have for solving my medical issue. She was very pleasant. I was also pleased with how the nurse and other assistants treated me.
Dr. Sussman has helped me tremendously with my constant trouble with UTI,s. She is very thorough. She also is friendly and lets you know she really cares about your health.
