Rachael sold our condo, that was a hard one to sell because of the HOA fees. She was upfront and honest and easy to work with. She also went the extra mile by staging the condo to make it look nice.
We were so blessed to have Rachael Chambers guide us through a very difficult renovation process always keeping us informed on how our plans may affect a potential buyers point of view. She rolled up her sleeves and got in the trenches with us, often being the only light I had to give just plain common sense (I believe her family was in construction and exposed her to a hidden perspective of the industry).
