Rachael helped me buy a house in Lake Oswego. We moved in from CA and were not very aware of the housing market. We made an offer on (our current house) which had a roof in need of repair (which wasn’t initially disclosed). Rachael successfully negotiated with the seller on our behalf and had them fix the roof before the sale.
