Dr Racha is an excellent doctor. He is kind, thoughtful and very insightful with regard to dental care. He works very well with other providers in dental specialty areas when needed. His staff is kind, competent and very skilled.
New patient. Very pleased with entire staff.
Poor bedside manner, barely talks/uncomfortable environment. Office staff is inept, horrendous to deal w/. The woman is incredibly rude, & the insurance process is absurd. They make you jump through hoops to get appt, you cant fill out paperwork before appt, you must drive there,pick it up, return it to them BEFORE your appt. They refuse to mail paperwork,they make it VERY high effort to get in door. The process is ridiculous, as they can easily verify eligibility w/ insurance via internet/phone
We had an appointment, and when I called to confirm the time and found out it was 45 min earlier than I had anticipated the receptionist was very rude and told me that they would ban me from being a patient if i was more than 10 min late. I informed her that I had 2 children to get ready as I had no babysitter, and that it would take me at least 20 min to drive there alone. The receptionist didn't display any empathy and re-iterated that I would be banned from being a patient for being tardy.
Dr. Racha cares about his patients. He is very thorough and attentive. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.
