The staff are professional, but misleading. I knew i had bad credit when i applied, but was told several times by different staff that wouldn't be a issue. I had a decent size down payment because i knew my credit was bad. I had to have a certain type of vehicle but was told my credit was to poor for them to help me. not exactly what i was told when they gave me their sales pitch. Very friendly people I came in with barely any credit or no credit. And I didn’t think it was possible for me to get a car at all but they made it happen highly recommend mended everyone go to raceway and get a car with or without credit.
Had a awesome experience through the whole process they were very understanding of my situation and time schedule and Despite that they worked with me every step of the way 10/10 I will be Visiting them again in the future and you should too. Ask for Tim he’s a great salesperson and will Definitely get you in a nicer newer car.

We had the best experience with Raceway! Miss Paula was fabulous! She greeted us right away, asked us all kinds of qualifying questions, and ensured we got into what we wanted! She truly cared about what we wanted! Then Mr Daniel (I hope that was his name🤦♀️) came and also reassured us with our decision! They truly care about us and what we want as well as our budget!
