The salesman that helped me, never followed up, then they sent me a postcard saying I was approved only to schedule another appointment for me to start the process all over again. Do these people not realize that everytime your credit is checked that is goes down. Long story short I asked them not to call me and to take me off their mailing list and the salesman sent me a text message from his cell phone, saying he didnt get paid for working on my application, and it's my fault I don't have good enough credit to get an appro... read more
They have nice cars. Only thing is the dream car I wanted was the same price I payed for the one I bought but they wouldn’t sell me the other one. He said I needed 3000 down I had that with my trade he still wouldn’t sell me that car. He told me it was the same price I don’t understand why. This wasn’t my first rodeo. We really wanted the other car. It was our dream car so yes I recommend them but it wasn’t all that and a bag of chips. Don’t let the sell folks blow smoke up your butt.
Raceway is an excellent business to by a vehicle from they go above and beyond to make sure you get the vehicle you want and the easiest on your finances. Highly recommended if you are looking for a new to you vehicle make them your first choice!!
