Our first experience with Chastang Ford was during an ASA meeting. We met a parts sales representative named John Azucena. He is very friendly and motivated rep, that we decided to give Chastang a try. We are so happy we gave them a try. John is our go to guy when we have questions and need information on ford parts. He is polite and has great knowledge on his field. Chastang has great customer service and we recommend any one to give them a try. You will not regret it! They are great people!

I have purchased parts on several occasions from Vance at Chastang Ford for Atlas Tire and Truck Center in Channelview Tx, always easy to talk to, Vance is very knowledgeable on most Ford products, if he does not have the answer , he provides it quickly or will provide where to obtain it.
I have purchased several trucks for a municipal government. The last 3 were from Ed Miller at Chastang Ford, & the 4th is on the way. These have been by far the easiest, quickest, and least painful of all my purchases. There were no surprises, and the service was the best I've ever had from a dealership. Thanks Ed !
