it's a fire code violation to lock a door of egress while the business is occupied. You cannot lock the side door from the inside while customers are inside. But you know who has friendly staff, is always open , never locks their customers in or out of the store and always has receipt paper in the pumps? The QuikTrip a mile down the road. You should go there instead of here. If you guys are having trouble staffing properly maybe you should look into what they're doing.
Here I am in the middle of athens at 10pm and the store is closed. If you need anything other than gas just go to QT they don't close the inside because it's a true 24hr store unlike this wasted space
They had locked doors with other customers inside? Yet wouldn’t let me inside, but no one was actively cleaning or had posted.
The guy behind the counter at around 1:30 today made a weird comment about watching out for my friend paying for my Monster Energy drink because "you never know what could happen." He went out of his way to engage with me. I would rather not have the cashiers make date rape jokes at me when I use a convenience store and I can't think of literally anything else he could possibly be referencing with that.
It's marked as 24 hours on google but i don't think it actually is. Tried to get an energy drink and a candy bar at 1am last night because ya boy was going through it but all the doors were locked and the lady inside was doing cleaning of some sort. I don't blame yall for not being open 24/7 but you need to change your google hours if that's the case. Bathrooms always clean though.
