I’ve been a regular customer at RaceTrac #2591 (12800 SW 152nd St, Miami, FL 33177) since shortly after it opened, and I can confidently say this location stands out for its excellent service and friendly atmosphere. All the employees are consistently kind, professional, and attentive — Rosmery, Traniece, and Pam deserve special mention, although the entire team is excellent. You gotta fix your pumps, you guys just started business practically and pumps are already missing parts and leaking like crazy. People have to leave home smelling like mechanics, It’s disgusting. Too soon to be having issues like that. Can’t say much about the market area though, haven’t been there much.
Best Race Trac hands down! It is always clean and fully stocked and the staff is always nice and welcoming. Had the pleasure of meeting Traniece today and she was absolutely wonderful!! The GM of this store didnt catch his name unfortunately but have helped by him and several occasions is also a great person very helpful and kind!!
The gas pumps never have receipts. Floors are always dirty and sticky. Managers are rude and unhelpful. People are always smoking and hanging out at the tables. I have complained many times and they do nothing.
