I’m giving 2 stars for the customer service or lack there of. There was a line at checkout and the employee with the blond curly hair and glasses was walking around on her phone instead of helping the Que. she also went outside to watch the police arrest someone leaving the store unattended with all of us inside.
I stopped to use the air compressor at this RaceTrac. The machine accepted payment but the buttons were not labeled and the air compressor did not work. The buttons to adjust air pressure were not functioning. I went in to talk to the gas station attendant and she informed me that they're not responsible for the machine. She spoke with the manager and they told me to reach out to the air compressor company. I realized this is only a couple dollars. But in the case of an emergency I could have stopped at any other gas station... read more

I usually stop here pretty earlier in the morning due to a weird work schedule and have never encountered the doors being locked. Well today they were and the girl inside just looked at me and kept doing something behind the counter. A man that works there just got stuff out of his car and I asked if they were closed today and got completely ignored thinking he didn’t hear me I ask again he looks at me and doesn’t respond. Every time I come here I have to go to 3 or 4 pumps to find one that will work. I avoid this store at all cost!!
