This store is horrible I was just their this morning and the manger was so rude accusing me and my family of making a mess when we just had walked in as well as splashing milk on to my aunt causing her to get dirty with milk and getting mad at and complaining that we were the problem every Sunday were Hispanic btw!!

I’ve had a very disappointing experience at this RaceTrac location. It seems like they want to accuse everyone of stealing, and the inconsistency with charging for ice is frustrating—some days they charge, some days they don’t. The General Manager, Jessica, was extremely unprofessional when I asked about an alleged theft. She refused to explain what was stolen or when, and when my boyfriend politely asked for clarification, both Jessica and an employee named Sydniann yelled at him and accused us without any proof.
