Very poor job on my wife's car...and very, very slow. When I asked for the car to be re-done, was told to buy a more expensive wash. Very disappointing.
Took way too long for them to even touch my car in the vacuum area. waited 30 minutes. had to leave.
Went to get my wifes Benz washed and asked for an interior package to include mats, vacuum and windows. Exterior was was done well as usual but was VERY disappointed to see the interior. When I was called that the car was ready, the mats hadn't beed wash, the floors hadn't hadn't been vacuumed and forget the the glass !! I had to spray and clean all the glass when I got home. Every time I go to this car wash they do a great job. Always polite, courteous, and really thorough. I get the full job, and they wash it, air & towel dry, spray wax & polish, windows in and out, vacuum, Armor-All the dash and doors, and condition the Leather. In and out in 30-45 minutes, which is great for a mini-detail...
Had a problem with car after they did our oil change a few weeks ago or maybe more. They fixed the problem and fixed other things that were missed before. They gave me a free car wash and $18.00 dlls credit on detail on car too... I have to say I will be coming back.. customer satisfaction for sure. Thanks Adam!! Your awesome!!��
I usually go here all the time. Paid 18$ for an exterior wash and they usually dry your windows at the end. There was no one there. And then I went to the self service vacuum center and the vacuums weren’t even on. Service has really gone down hill.
