RecommendedThey did an amazing job after I spilt a couple smoothies in my Camry , every thing was spotless. The only problem was they didn’t want to touch my $change$ in my center console so they cleaned around it and left the cup holders sticky , I paid the full $40 5 ⭐️
have a monthly subscription (just basic, upgrades on occasion). very inconsistent, one will wipe down the hood when exiting, the other won't. I run my wipers, because I know they won't dry windshield thoroughly, one guy will wipe the side wiper won't reach, the other won't. what is included? if they are going to wipe down anything, I want my glass, mirrors and hood done. if not, what is the point?

Quality & attention to detail has DRASTICALLY, gone downhill. I've been through several times when the employee working at the entrance of the carwash only sprays & brushes one side. Today, there was only one employee at the exit drying. He literally didn't move from his spot & dried one side of the car. "Free vacuums" are ALWAYS broken. Was much better managed when it was a Diamond Bright. Will not be renewing membership on my vehicles.
They did a really good job on my car today. I have a 2012 Camero and people have commented that it looks new!
Extremely inefficient and poorly managed. Every person waiting was unhappy with the service. It took forever and there was very little attention to detail. I don’t anticipate them being in business much longer under current ownership/management.
Lot of waiting and little direction. No idea how to get hand wash instead of the auto wash tunnel. This was not a relaxing experience. I sat in the car for quite awhile waiting for finishing touches. Everyone was very nice however. Just lots of waiting. Finally done and dirt on lower part of car. Guys working in tunnel just before exit seemed to have no energy and I guess that’s how this happened. Rest of the car looked great. This just took a long time. If I try it again, I would only do hand wash.
