The volleyball team is great to watch, but the acoustics and loud distorted music is distracting and annoying.

Went for the storm as it is Calloway Counties shelter. What a great way to meet your neighbors. Children, pets, adults all encouraging one another and making the best of a tense situation. We even had an armadillo, but all was ok as all pets were either leashed or caged. Kids played basketball or volleyball, some folks walked the outer level for exercise; a judge, campus and city police, Emergency Management came by to make sure we were alright. A great safe place for the storm.

What a great job was done by the volunteer team during the tornado warnings. They were so helpful to older people, and they did their best to keep on the kids, even when they got rambunctious.

While they do not play basketball here very often it is home to the Murray State Volleyball team. The arena is loud, hot and the best atmosphere of any arena in the world! Parking can be rough is the only bad thing about the arena.

We went "back" to the old Racer Arena for a throwback Basketball Game and had so much fun! We also go to see volleyball games occasionally. Love the old arena, but it sure feels small compared to the new one.
