Race-Parts had an stocking error that was going to delay receipt of my order. Rather than ignore this or send me an automated update saying, “sorry your item is delayed,” a member reached out personally to resolve the problem. Ben Paddick provided an accurate wait time and offered to overnight the item once it was in stock.
