Race-Parts had an stocking error that was going to delay receipt of my order. Rather than ignore this or send me an automated update saying, “sorry your item is delayed,” a member reached out personally to resolve the problem. Ben Paddick provided an accurate wait time and offered to overnight the item once it was in stock. purchased 10ft of an-3 stainless steel brake hose along with some fittings was sent the wrong fittings. called and was told they were sent the wrong parts. i asked don't you check your parts when they come in 2nd red flag! waited 1 month still have yet to get my money back or the correct banjo fittings. email or phone call BEWARE!!!!
